JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 236 13-03-2019 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 19.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9884 of 2019 to the extent that the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran be substituted with the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, which has been incorporated in the order on the basis of prayer made in the bail petition.

A prayer for extention of time for surrender before the Court below has also been made in the present application.

The order dated 19.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9884 of 2019 is modified to the extent that on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13932 of 2019(236) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 petitioner surrendering before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today, she shall be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018.

The order dated 19.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9884 of 2019 is modified accordingly.
