Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar Pandey Member(Legal Profession) : Priyanka Singh AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:

Both parties have appeared and this matter has been compromised at Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakh), as full and final settlement. The same shall be paid to the claimants by the Insurance Company within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this award. Let the statutory amount, if any, be remitted back to the Insurance Company.

2. The claimants are present before the Lok Adalat. They have endorsed that the cheque may be issued in the name of Chanda Kumari alone.
