The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 01 of 2013/02 of 2013 registered under Sections 26(2)(i) F.S.S. Act.
It is alleged that Khoya roll collected from the shop of the petitioner was found adulterated on account of use of aluminium wrap in place of silver wrap.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if the petitioner surrender and prays for regular bail then it shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by the order.
Accordingly, the bail petition is disposed of. m.p.
