Considering that the petitioner attempts to question the transfer order passed on 27.6.2014 after a lapse of more than two years on 20.9.2016, coupled with the fact that the petitioner has also joined the transferred place, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence on the prayer at such belated stage more particularly where almost three years has elapsed since the passing of the order. Since the passage of time of three years again brings the petitioner within the transfer zone, the Controlling Authority would consider the representation of the petitioner, a copy of which is present at Annexure-3 while taking a decision in this regard. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) SKPathak/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE NA Uploading Date 22-08-2017 Transmission Date NA
