Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S.Case No.367 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 5 litres of illicit country made wine from the house of the petitioner which is in joint possession of the petitioner and his family members. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent languishing in jail custody since 03.11.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of

Case No.367 of 2017.
