The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 3 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 328, 307, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, though, there is allegation of assault against Naresh Yadav by lathi to Sitaram Yadav on his left leg, but injury is simple in nature. However, opinion of x-ray report is reserved. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
