2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant has not named the petitioner. One Madhav Yadav is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22646 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/ concerned court in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023.
