BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA CWJC No. 7200 of 2016 Petitioner :Badri Narayan Pandey Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar are present. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter may be settled in view of the statement made in paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3.

Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar agree for the same.

The matter is, therefore, disposed of.

As agreed between the parties, necessary Pension Payment Order shall be issued within a period of two months and the payment shall be made accordingly as undertaken on behalf of the State and the Accountant General, Bihar. If the petitioner has not completed the formalities of putting his signature, the same will be done within a period of 15 days from today. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
