Learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20120 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.01.2022 passed in Cr. APP (SJ) No. 4189 of 2019 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 2000/- each in victim compensation fund, in connection with Tr. No. 122 of 2019 arising out of SC/ST Bettiah P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018. The order dated 25.01.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
