The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.400 of 2017, a case under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion while he was breaking lock of the house of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.400
