Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ravilgang P.S. Case No. 361 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 447, 307 and 316 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute regarding common way. The present complaint case has been lodged after delay of of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21332 of 2019(6) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 five months without any plausible explanation. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilgang P.S. Case No. 361 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
