In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(1) That, this writ petition is being filed for quashing the Annexure-1 order dated 9-6-15 vide District Order No. 765/2015 passed by Superintendent of Police, Buxar (Bihar) and directs of respondents to pay the entire rest salary for the period where he was undergoing treatment."
