2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner for promotion to the post of Reader and to grant the monetary and other admissible benefits as also to enhance the retirement age of petitioner from 60 years to 65 years of age as she belongs to Bihar Education Service (Research and Teaching Sub-Cadre).

3. In view of the aforesaid prayer, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the Principal

Patna High Court CWJC No.5203 of 2022(7) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) with all the supporting documents and notifications within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 2 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
