The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016 dated 11.06.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. A Bolero vehicle was forcible taken away, for which F.I.R was lodged against four unknown miscreants. From the impugned order, it appears that three co-accused persons viz. Abbas Ansari, Ravindra Gond and Binod Yadav were arrested and from them the looted bolero vehicle of this case was recovered. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the aforesaid accused persons.

The petitioner is said to have surrendered in this case on 17.07.2017.

No.55100 of 2017 (4) dt.08-01-2018 2/2 Since there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has been named in this case by the coaccused persons, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him, notwithstanding the number of criminal cases lodged against him as it has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in all the cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, he has been granted bail.

The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.
