The petitioner was apprehended at the spot while three other companions succeeded in their escape after leaving the motorcycle and, on search from the possession of the petitioner a country made loaded pistol, cash appertaining to Rs.2,000/-, two mobile phones were recovered and for that, on interrogation, the petitioner disclosed that the cash was booty of another crime.

As per para 3 of the petition, the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 06.10.2019. Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Vijay Kumar @ Vijay Ram @ Mona is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15884 of 2020(2) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Barh, Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No.81 of 2019.
