JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 10.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28369/2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that till date the case is pending at the stage of framing of charge and no prosecution witness has been examined. It is submitted that although petitioner is accused in 10 other criminal cases but in all cases he is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur PS case No.453/2019.
