The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shiv Sagasr P.S. Case No.223 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 323, 341, 307 and 504/34 the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no. 3, namely, Prahlad Kumar.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28884 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no. 3, namely, Prahlad Kumar is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4, namely, Dharmu Bind, Raju Kumar Bind and Dashahari Devi are concerned, it is submitted that there is no serious allegation against them. Considering the fact that there is no serious allegations against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4, namely, Dharmu Bind, Raju Kumar Bind and Dashahari Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram District Rohtas in connection with Shiv Sagasr P.S. Case No.223 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
