The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to include the name of petitioner in select list which has been published by the Central Selection Board,Bihar, Patna (Police Recruitment) for the post of Constables.

ii)For direction upon the respondents to select the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.10784 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 on the post of Constable after inclusion of his name in the selection list.

iii) For declaration that petitioner was suitable for being selected but the respondents did not include his name in the final selection list."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
