This is an application for bail in connection with Sanjhauli P.S.Case No. 30 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpires in the confessional statement of co-accused and it further appears that he is accused in five other similar type of cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and though he is accused in five other cases but they are old cases except one. Further submission is that he is in custody since 15.5.2017 and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court on him, if bail is granted.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Sanjhauli P.S.Case No. 30 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be father or mother of the petitioner, (2) Petitioner will mark his attendance in local police station in first week of every month at least for a period of one year, so that police may watch his conduct during the said period, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.

Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas for its compliance.
