This is a case of case and counter case.
Dispute between the parties have been given looks like exaggerated version, especially in the complaint. The chances of false implication of the entire family for other considerations cannot be ruled out.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is allowed.
Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38316 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Suman, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari at East Champaran, in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 139 of 2012, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
