JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-09-2021 Perused the report as contained in letter no. 805/2021 from the learned District & Sessions Judge, Buxar. According to the report, Angad Chauhan (petitioner no. 2) in the present case had not given correct declaration with regard to the pendency of the bail application before this court. Copy of the second bail application filed on his behalf is also enclosed with the report. Paragraph '2' thereof reads as under:- "2. That earlier a bail petition has been rejected with observation to renew bail petition after framing charge there after no any B.P. or A.B.P. has been file before hon'ble high court patna nor is pending in any court on behalf of the petitioner."

Since Angad Chauhan (petitioner no. 2) has obtained bail from the learned court below by giving a false declaration,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27779 of 2021(3) dt.20-09-2021 2/2 it is now for the learned court below to take appropriate steps in the matter and apprise this Court with the action taken in the matter. Such report shall be sent to this Court within two months from the date of communication of this order. This application stands disposed off.

The office shall place the report on 22nd November, 2021 for purpose of perusal.
