JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2023 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent authorities to grant benefit of 3rd A.C.P. after Completion of 30 years of Service tenure pursuant to letter dated 30.6. 2015 issued under the Signature of Additional Secretary, Govt. of Bihar.

And accordingly pay the entire Consequential benefit such as differences of earn leave, Gratuity, fixation of pension and arrears of pension.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
