Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners' antecedents are clean. There is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and the petitioners and informant are neighbours. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Budhan Roy @
