In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of directing the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna, i.e., respondent no. 4, to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for grant of arms licence on 10.04.2015 on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) SC/- U
