This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 131 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Petitioners are not directly connected with the liquor recovered from the Panchayat Bhawan. Considering the aforesaid submission, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
