This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bakhri P.S. Case No.190 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The brother of the victim has registered the First Information Report implicating this petitioner and the wife of the victim on the ground that the wife of the deceased had illicit relationship with another man. In order to get rid of him, it is alleged, the wife of the victim conspired to kill the deceased. There is no eye-witness to the occurrence. The informant learnt about the fact that the dead body of the deceased was lying somewhere on

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that over and above suspicion, there is no material against this petitioner, which can be said to have been collected in course of investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2019. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the facts as noted above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019.
