JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 Heard Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Upendra Prasad Singh, learned AC to GP 25 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs this Court that all the amount on account of retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner except the provident fund amount payable to the petitioner.

3. The District Provident Officer, Motihari is directed to collect all the deduction statement from the places of the posting of the petitioner and ensure payment of the provident fund amount to the petitioner within a period of one week. 4 . Considering the fact that the other dues have been paid to the petitioner, the preset writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid direction to the District Provident Officer, Motihari. In case the Provident Fund Officer fails to abide by the direction of

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a period of one week and in case the defect(s) are not removed within the aforesaid period, the order will lose its force.
