S. Case No. 33 of 2015 dated 18.04.2015 registered under Sections 409, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file an appropriate application in case, an adverse police report has been submitted against the petitioner.
