2. The petitioner had primarily moved the Court with regard to the order dated 13.04.2016 by which he had been put under suspension.

3. The Court has been informed that during the pendency of the writ application, suspension of the petitioner has been revoked, though substantive order has been passed imposing punishment.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as infructuous.

5. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the order passed against him imposing any penalty before the appropriate forum which shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously and further if there are any dues with regard to payment of his subsistence allowance he may file an appropriate representation before the competent authority, which shall also be considered and disposed off expeditiously.
