Case No. 153 of 2018, dated 01.08.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No.17000 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 petitioner has submitted that other accused persons, who are also the functionaries of the State, have been granted anticipatory bail by various Benches of this Court, some of which have been shown to this Court for pressing parity. Considering the facts aforestated as also taking into account that the construction in question had taken place eight years ago, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
