The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that the petitioner executed a deed of agreement to sell a piece of land after receiving part of consideration money of Rs. 95,000/-, but thereafter the petitioner did not execute the sale deed. It is submitted that the complainant did not pay the remaining amount within the time and some dispute arose with regard to payment of consideration money. There appears that the dispute is of civil nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.30498 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Afjal Alam, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. 610/2013, corresponding to Tr. No. 5545/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
