This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with ND P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 arising out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017 for offences under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
Accusation is that the petitioner was apprehended moving on a vehicle on suspicion condition along with five persons and from possession of Vijay Sahni 500 gms of charas was recovered and arms was recovered from possession of Brij Mohan Sahni.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no recovery of narcotics or any arms from

No.47653 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 petitioner's possession and the vehicle on which they were moving around also does not belong to the petitioner and Vijay Sahni and Brij Mohan Sahni from their possession narcotics and arms recovered were admitted to bail by coordinate Benches of this Court and this petitioner has not criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with ND P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 arising out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari.
