2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to abuse the informant when he had gone to his house to complain about kidnapping of his daughter by son of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been implicated in this case merely because he is father of co-accused Nitish Kumar.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He further submits that petitioner had the
