This is an application for bail in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 171 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the FIR and allegation is of causing death of sister of informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against him and he is in custody for more than one year and other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order contained in Annexure-2. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56306 of 2017 (2) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 171 of 2016, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, except showing any genuine reason, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
