JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 The petitioner presses the application for restoration of CWJC No. 6483 of 2016 which stood dismissed on account of non compliance of peremptory order of this Court dated 07.08.2019. It is submitted that in fact in compliance of the order of this Court, the requisites etc, have been filed only after a delay of one day.

2. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the CWJC No. 6483 of 2016 stands restored to its original file.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

4. It is further submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the award has already been passed and, as such, the matter has become infructuous, however, he seeks liberty to assail the award in appropriate proceedings.
