The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 27.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12023 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2014, up-till now only two prosecution witnesses have been examined and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded.
Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that 100 grams Heroin and cash of Rs. 4200/- were recovered from possession of the petitioner.
