Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the father of the informant with tanguli (a sharp cutting weapon). The Doctor has found incised wound measuring 3"x1⁄4" skin deep. Petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2018. Wife of the petitioner also sustained injury at the head during course of occurrence of assault.

Considering the entire facts and the statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17862 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sangrampur Police Station Case No. 190 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/Banti U T
