The petitioners are farmers who have supplied paddy to

Patna High Court CWJC No.9098 of 2015 (3) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 the respondent Corporation (respondent no.3) under the Procurement Action Plan of the State Government for the year 2014-15. Their grievance is that they have not been paid their legal dues by the respondent Corporation.

Counsel for the Corporation on going through the pleadings in the writ petition particularly Annexures 2 and 3 agreed for disposal of the writ petition by directing the District Manager of the respondent Corporation to pay the admissible dues to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Manager (respondent no.3) to pay the legal dues of the petitioners within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order failing which the petitioners shall also be entitled to cost in the sum of Rs. 4000/- each along with the dues which the respondent Corporation shall be obliged to pay to them. In that case, the Authority of the respondent Corporation shall be entitled to realize the sum incurred on payment of cost from the erring official(s).
