In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.354 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 201, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made in the FIR that the petitioner has been appointed as a teacher, later on, a PIL was filed before this Court in which Vigilance was directed to hold an enquiry and verify with regard to the illegal appointment of the teachers and during inquiry, it transpired that the present petitioner was working as a teacher in place of one Niraj Verma and he has also received the salary from 2013 to 2017. A

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19721 of 2020(5) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 statement has been made in the petition that the petitioner was neither appointed as a teacher nor he was received any salary. This statement is nothing but misguided the Court in the present case.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) V.K.Pandey/- U T
