ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-12-2024 The only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for disposal of the representation dated 08.02.2024 given by the petitioner to the Respondent-Bank seeking one time settlement of the loan availed by him.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that though he has given a representation dated 08.02.2024, the authorities have yet not taken a decision on the same.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Bank has stated that he has no instructions as to whether the representation dated 08.02.2024 has been disposed of or not.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the RespondentBank to dispose of the representation dated 08.02.2024 made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. In case, the representation is already disposed of, the authority shall communicate the decision to the party.
5. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed.
