Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., on disclosure of co-accused, Chandan Paswan, from the house of co-accused Chhotu Yadav two stolen motorcycles were recovered. The petitioner was also there, hence, he was apprehended. The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the fact that there is no allegation of recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47493 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Pipra Police Station Case No.51 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
