The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.127 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32, 36, 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended accused. The alleged recovery has been made from a truck. The petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the truck in question. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No.127 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
