That this petition is for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding /directing the respondents to grant the promotion on the post of Assistant engineer after creating the one post of Assistant Engineer in Nagar Parishad, Siwan as per resolution of the standing committee passed on 22.05.2014 vide Agenda No- 2(1) and be further pleased to direct the Respondent to pay the salary of the Assistant Engineer to the petitioner on which the petitioner is working since 31.01.2013."
