Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the process under Sections-82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner and in the light of the same, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application filed in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 266 of 2019 is dismissed as not maintainable.

If the petitioner surrenders in the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
