Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conference.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Akilpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the thigh of the informant. Therefore, I am not inclined
