JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Examination Control Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the prosecution case, the petitioner was the examinee for matriculation examination and he managed some other person to sit in his place.

Keeping in view the nature of the allegation and the status of the accused, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri V.N.
