The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363A, 366A, 376/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsels for the petitioners seek liberty to withdraw the bail application of petitioner no. 1.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, after going through the entire records and the nature of allegation and the statement made before the Chief Judicial Magistrate by the Informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner no.

2. It is, accordingly, rejected.
