Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR relates to kidnapping of the daughter of the informant.

The victim is physically present in Court and submits that she has already married with the petitioner and is mother of a child from this petitioner. Supporting document of marriage has been enclosed with the supplementary affidavit. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
