The present writ petition has been filed for "direction to the Respondents to ensure protection including possession to the petitioner's land which has been purchased on 25.10.1942 from BIWI ALLAH BANDI area 4 Katha and 10 Dhoor i.e. known as PATTONA TALAB and also quash the order dated 25.01.2019 in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 49 of 2017 contained in Annexure-6 whereby and whereunder petitioner's intervenor

Patna High Court CWJC No.5534 of 2020 dt.22-11-2021 2/2 application has been rejected by Respondent No.4 and Circle Officer, Biharsharif has been directed to file Civil Suit in Civil Court".

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum as may be available for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.
