JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 10-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Hajipur P.S.Case No. 737 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation in the F.I.R, two miscreants snatched Rs. 5 lakhs and labtop, pancard etc to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. His named surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Prem Raj and Chandan Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of the

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S Case No. 737 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
